Refund policy
We have a No return policy, which means receiving your item is final sale.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to put a claim with shipping carrier; if you paid for insurance for your package. We are not responsible once the Shipping carrier receives your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if insurance was purchased. Otherwise please contact your shipping carrier for further assistance with shipping damages.
If insurance is purchased, provide proof of insurance along with proof of damages (For ex. pictures of box item's arrived, as well as condition of item or items received and once evaluated a determination will be made. Equal exchange of item/items if available; otherwise we will inform to view the website and exchange for an item available or use credit toward another purchase. Credit will expire 90 days after final determination date.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
